I am a nurturing teacher who believes yoga should be inclusive and accessible for all. My classes connect breath with movement and offer students the opportunity to build strength, stamina and flexibility. I encourage a sense of fun on the mat, creating a safe space to explore new things whilst releasing tension and quieting the mind. By incorporating asana, pranayama and mediation I aim for students to leave feeling relaxed and connected with mind and body.

GROUP CLASSES
I teach a dynamic vinyasa flow class. This style of yoga gives the perfect balance between workout and relaxation - using a variety of poses that synchronise the breath with continual flowing movement. You'll leave feeling energised and reconnected with your inner peace.
